Sis Bih: It is the weirdest thing to have to type "LATE" in front of your name!!!
Heard the news on Wednesday and just couldn't grasp it and even after talking to Sarah and a number of your DISTRAUGHT Family Members and Classmates, it all still feels soooooo SURREAL!

Well, after staring in utter DISBELIEF and through tear-filled eyes at your PICTURES and watching you DANCE and SING so enthusiastically in countless VIDEOS, I paused long enough to "compile" a PHOTO/VIDEO OBITUARY (of all things), for YOU, consummate SAKERETTE and quintessential SAKERETTE that you ... were!  (PHOTO/VIDEO ALBUM IS POSTED BELOW)
WHAT A LOSS!

MAY THE GOD YOU LOVED SO DEARLY WELCOME YOU INTO HIS PRESENCE and may He dry the TEARS of your distressed Family and Friends for whom this is all such a rude. anti-climactic SHOCK!!!! MY GOODNESS!!!

By His Special Grace, we all will eventually get to the point where we can THANK GOD for the 63 Years He did accord her, allowing her to beat the (medical) odds she faced in her teenage years, and go on to live such a FULFILLED and PRODUCTIVE Life!

REST WELL, Sis! GRATEFUL for the PRIVILEGE it will always be to have known you.
GOOD NIGHT!!!

Mr. VICTOR and Mrs. EBOT ENOW, were certainly delighted when, on Monday, July 3rd of that magical year 2000, the 4th of their 6 children, CLARISSE AGBOR ENOETIE, was born!

11 years later she got into the school she had always expressed an ardent wish to attend: SAKER BAPTIST COLLEGE, LIMBE.

5 years further along, she took her G.C.E. "O" LEVELS and when the results came out that year, (2016), SAKER BAPTIST COLLEGE made NATIONAL HEADLINE NEWS because the 2 students with the best performance IN THE COUNTRY were 2 little "SAKER GIRLS" who made 11 PAPERS each.

One of them was Monela Mah-Ngum Ntonifor, (daughter of SAKERETTE CATHERINE QUASHIE NTONIFOR who passed away just before these wonderful results came out).

The other student; The one who actually came FIRST IN THE ENTIRE NATION OF CAMEROON WITH 11 STRAIGHT "A"s, was ... you guessed it: CLARISSE AGBOR ENOETIE!!! (See set of 2016 photos directly above)

She continued in S.B.C.'s High School, (she was the EDUCATION PREFECT), graduating in 2018 with excellent "A" level results that got her first, into the University of BUEA where she studied microbiology for just one academic year, and then into the prestigious KWAME NKRUMAH UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (KNUST) in KUMASI, GHANA.

The current 2022/2023 academic year ushered her into her 4th Year of MEDICAL SCHOOL (subsequent to her obtaining a B.Sc. in Human Biology and then ... EVERYTHING CAME TO A SCREECHING, PAINFUL, CRUEL, EVIL and just TRAGIC HALT on MONDAY, JANUARY 2nd 2023:
SHE DIED! AT AGE 22!!!!
Yes, SHE DIED, in ACCRA, GHANA, not as a result of some rare malady or chronic disease, but from a TRAUMA INDUCED COMA which resulted from an ARMED ROBBERY!!!
And what were the ROBBERS/ASSAILANTS after, you may ask?????
HER CELL PHONE!!!!!

I really cannot and will not recount the details of this straight-out-of-the-pits-of-hell, PAINFUL, HEARTBREAKING and infuriating story!
I cannot begin to fathom either, what CLARISSE's PARENTS and SIBLINGS, Ronald Enow, Lorna Enoetie, Brunhilda Enoetie, Otang Enoetie, and Orella Enoetie are going through!!!
And what about her 94-Year-Old Grand Mother? The one after whom she's named????
Then that special Uncle and Aunt of hers who, being particularly fond of her, have nurtured and practically raised her from age 7 to date????

If all of us feel this CRUSHED, BROKEN, and to be quite frank, LIVID about this nightmare, HOW, oh, HOW must they be feeling????
What do you say to them? Something "lame" and grossly inadequate like "ACCEPT MY CONDOLENCES/SYMPATHY" or "ASHIA"???
Where does one get the nerve to say "LEFF'AM SO", when they wail their souls out???
Hmmm!

Well, I guess we can PRAY and just BEG GOD to surround and equip them all with the kind of SOLACE, PEACE, and STRENGTH that ONLY HE can provide at a time like this!
Our hearts go out also to her SAKERETTE relatives:

Anne Bealglad Ayuk Takang (cousin) - Class of 2014
Lorna Ako Enow (sister) - Class of 2014
Pearl Akembe Takang (cousin) - Class of 2016
Brunhilda Ayamoh Enoetie (Sister) - Class of 2014
Effange Julie (cousin) - Class of 2016
Rose Mbi (Cousin) - Class of 2014
Enonchong Ekun (cousin) - Class of 2012
Enonchong Manow (Cousin) - Class of 2015
Enonchong Alison (cousin) - Class of 2018
Otang Enoetie (Sister) - Class of 2022
Besong-Ayim Takow Obenasang (Cousin) - Class of 2008

Ah, CLARISSE!
After raving about your 2016 exploits, Ma SakerPride was so eagerly waiting to do a glorious FOLLOW-UP / UPDATE upon your anticipated Graduation as a MEDICAL DOCTOR!
Didn't see an OBITUARY coming, AT ALL!!!

I do not have the powers to confer that "DOCTOR/MD" Title upon you, but you are and always will be one in my mind.
Really PROUD of you, my Double "Open Teeth-ed" & Dimpled, DOC!!!
GOODNIGHT!
